Hello all you chic mamas out there. I am back today with my second installment of Weight Loss Wednesday. Last week I weighed in at 138.8lbs.
I wasn’t perfect with my diet and was averaging closer to the high end of my 1200-1400 calorie goal.
My energy levels were pretty good and week one went A LOT easier than I thought it was going to. I usually find the first few days to be the hardest but I think being fully committed really helped. I’ve also upped my tea intake to help get me between meals.
I weighed in at 137.2lbs. 1.6lbs lost. I’m on my way ladies! I am 5’2 for reference.
I should also note that I actually weighed in on Monday this time so that I would have proper time to get the post ready. So this was actually a five day weight loss. Just FYI that is probably how I will continue to do this. Monday to Monday but post it on Wednesday for you.
As you all can see in the side by sides there has not been any change yet. Maybe a little less bloated in my stomach in the profile view?
I haven’t done any exercise yet. I’m saving that for either when I plateau and need a little boost or for when I am getting thin enough where you can actually see that I am toned beneath all that fat! Whichever comes first.
I of course have my little helpers with me, as always. Octavia has been working on potty training and gets to use the phone for a few minutes as a reward. This is new but has been a really powerful motivator for her so far. So they just watched a little Youtube while I shot these photos.
You might also notice that the quality of the photos is soooo much better this time. Last week my photos were grainy, dark, and just plain bad. I had wanted to just do a quick post but this time I decided it was absolutely worth it to drag out my big box lights and also made a few adjustments on my camera settings. So that’s what those black things are in the corners of this shot. Lol. Getting everything put up and taken down can be a pain but the results speak for themselves. #bloggerproblems #stopwhining
